Cries to the Young Generation

Young man, Young woman
Get up from there
Take that phone from your ear
Wasted conversations will not get you anywhere
Please do something fast
Your parents are descendants of the proletariat
Therefore they have had to work for everything that they have got
By the sweat of their brow they obtain bread
And worked in unison to ensure that you have been fed
Don’t believe that you can survive without application
Because that is the wrong assumption
For tomorrow’s world you need to be ready
Come what may you will be in positions of authority
As the old folks move away
You will definitely have full sway
So Young man, Young woman
Please listen to my impassioned plea
Prepare for tomorrow
Don’t put the world’s future in jeopardy
